In order to expand our global footprint, 8x8 has recently introduced new data center subnets for connectivity. The complete official list of subnets used by 8x8 for all services is available here in the Data Center & IP Ranges section of our Technical Requirements. (Document History is available right at the top of the page.) We strongly suggest adding all 8x8 subnets to your QoS policy settings to prevent quality issues, and regularly reviewing this page for updates if your company has implemented specific firewall ACLs regarding 8x8 subnets to avoid inadvertent blocking.
