We continue to reduce our pay gaps in the UK.

We are pleased to report that we have made a steady reduction in our mean and median hourly rate pay gap.
Our mean pay gap has fallen by 9% to 17% since we first reported our baseline figures in 2019.
The median gap has decreased by 11% since first reported to 24%.
As part of our data discovery process we are examining our attrition rate including a breakdown of gender and by pay quartiles. From this analysis we have determined that overall women are less likely to leave the company than men.
The number of women in the upper middle quartile is increasing at the fastest rate which reflects women being promoted; however, it is clear that as well as an imbalance of male and female employees, there are fewer women in senior roles than men. This is symptomatic of the industry with women historically underrepresented in tech.
Work is being done to attract and retain female talent and this is reflected in our increased female headcount. This year our female workforce increased by 15% compared to a male workforce increase of 7%.
